"I owed a magnificent day to the Bhagavad Gita. It was the first of books; it was as if an empire spoke to us, nothing small or unworthy, but large, serene, consistent, the voice of an old intelligence which in another age and climate had pondered and thus disposed of the same questions which exercise us.”

—Ralph Waldo Emerson

These beautiful pewter touchstones are each embossed with a different symbol and infused with a particular spiritual energy. As you progress through the program, Steven will introduce you to specific exercises that utilize these unique spiritual instruments in specific ways. You are also encouraged to carry them with you at all times. Keep them in a place that is easily accessible, like your pocket, and connect with them anytime you need to center yourself, remember your soul, or transcend the chaos and confusion of the physical world.

“Yoga is the ability to direct and focus mental activity.”

                                                                      - Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras were written sometime around 400 BC and are said to be the definitive and divinely inspired text on yoga.

“God is the unequaled Source of all knowledge. Unsubjected to time, God is the Spiritual Guide even for the Ancients. It’s expression is the sacred syllable, OM. Repeating the sacred syllable and pondering it’s meaning lead to its understanding. It is then that one understands the Self and gradually clears inner obstacles.” - Patanjali

These stones have been imbued with the sound of Om for days and days and have been blessed and prayed over.

Put them in your pocket, place them on your nightstand, give them to a friend, rub them in your fingers and let their healing vibration flow through you.

The Meditation Stone carries the reminder to listen, to meditate, to breathe, and to connect with All That Is.

The OM Stone is the deepest prayer that you can give to yourself or someone else. It is the acknowledgement of God in them and that you pray for their return to All That Is.
