A Course in Miracles Weekly Study Group

This ongoing study group is designed to create a supportive community of like-minded individuals on the Path of Love. You do not need to know anything about A Course in Miracles to join. All are welcome ANYTIME! The Course is not “linear” in its philosophy and thus there is no beginning or ending. It is ongoing and can be “dropped in” on anytime. You do NOT need to be familiar with A Course in Miracles OR own the book, to read along during class. All you need is curiosity.

Course Description

A Course in Miracles is a complete self-study spiritual thought system. As a three-volume curriculum consisting of a Text, Workbook for Students, and Manual for Teachers, it teaches a way to universal love and peace—or remembering God—  A Course in Miracles emphasizes that it is but one version of the universal curriculum, of which there are "many thousands."  A Course in Miracles expresses a non-sectarian, non-denominational spirituality that helps students reframe their indoctrinated beliefs. A Course in Miracles is a universal spiritual teaching, not a religion. The language of the Course is traditionally “Christian”, but is studied by people of all faiths because of its universal nature. 

A Course in Miracles states that "its goal for you is happiness and peace."  The Text also explains the basis for fear and guilt, and how they can be overcome through miracles, which are defined as maximal "expressions of love." The miracle is defined as the shift in perception from fear to love.
 

A Course in Miracles begins by stating:

Nothing real can be threatened.

Nothing unreal exists.

Herein lies the peace of God.

A Course in Miracles is an at-home study course designed to transform one's perception from fear to love.  During these study sessions we will be delving into the text and teacher's manual. You can purchase CIM at most bookstores, or go to "products" on my website.  I recommend you begin the daily workbook on your own, doing a lesson each day.
